I like to read popular write-ups about happiness research.

Interestingly, researchers have found that barring serious health issues that people over 60 tend to be the happiest people ( younger adults, the least happy )

A lot of it comes from having been alive long enough to have made some sense & order out of life, as well as learning how to handle it all.

They may not look as good as us or be as strong, but I think they are having the last laugh on us and the ageist sentiments expressed.

Too bad for us, but isn’t it good to have something to look forward to?
