What is the Quaker Harvest Crunch, you ask? It's a popular, and controversial, health food product made with Quaker oats. Quaker has many products such as granolas and trail mixes, breakfast cereals, snacks, and cereals. It can replace corn or other grains. It can be used to replace sugar or flour. The Quaker Harvest Crunch contains two types of nutrients. There is also the Quaker fiber. This is made of both soluble as well as non-soluble fiber. It is free of calories and other nutritional elements. The starch is the other element. This is a natural source for energy that also serves as an adaptogenic (or fuel source). It provides carbohydrates for your body over longer meals and keeps you balanced even when you are on a diet. The result is that it burns more calories than most other cereals.I don't really like artificial sweeteners or carbs, but I can tolerate Quaker Harvest Crunch cereal. It has a mild flavor that tastes like granola. It doesn't have a distinctive taste. In fact, I don't really notice the taste of the cereal until I add the apple and orange flavored drops to the mix at the end of each day. I get a nice warm feeling in my stomach that reminds me that I've had enough toast and eggs for one whole day.Two different flavors are available for customers. There are two flavors available: the regular flavor and orange and apple flavor. The orange and apple flavors are my personal favorites. The Quaker sachets are a great way to add a creamy, thick layer of flavor and texture to your cereal. These sachets can be doubled as an aid in cooking.I also like the sachets because it makes it much easier to handle the granola and other ingredients for my cereal. It is much easier to mix the granola and other ingredients in the sachets into a bowl. This cereal is great with tea or sugar substitutes. The granola sachets help me to mix my cereal.Quaker crunch comes in different flavors. There is the standard chocolate and nuts combo as well as the chocolate & orange combination. I find the chocolate and nut combination to be a nice, mild flavor that tastes just like what you'd expect out of a Quaker cereal. The nutty flavor is my favorite, but you can switch it up with the sachets.<img width="450" src="https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0064/0424/3574/products/190811_HarvestCrunch_backlabel_800x.png?v=1565639812">The sachets are also great because I don't need to scoop out large amounts of cereal to mix into my cereal. https://routercollar33.tumblr.com/post/667695086976548864/quaker-harvest-crunch-cereal Regular cereal requires me to wash the machine and then clean it again. I also have to use a wooden spoon to mix the dry ingredients. Simply dip your finger in the sachets and add a little of the cereal to your hand. Then, shake the container until you are satisfied. It is so much simpler than traditional methods.Overall, I love the Quaker sachets' variety. They are less expensive than purchasing larger quantities of Quaker cereal. I also find it easier to keep track of which Quaker sachets I am enjoying. They also make a great gift for a friend or family member. If you like Quaker Harvest Crunch Sachets, I recommend that you get a set.
