First Monday Trade Days may be an annual event known throughout East Texas, but that doesn't stop hundreds of millions of visitors to downtown Canton for 4 days every month. They are open from Thursday until the Sunday just before the 1st Monday each month, hundreds of vendors set up shop offering a wide range of shopping opportunities. The park that began over a century ago as a flea market , has since become home to some of most fascinating, modern-day furniture, antiques, and collectibles that can be located anywhere.
